The notebook contains helpful info, player settings and customization, quests, and dailies. Check your notebook and start your day to progress in the game. This will age horses, reset focus, progress crop growth, reset sales horses, and everything else that is time based. You can skip “start your day” if you want to take a break from the in-game time progression. No training decay or costs will be incurred.
