Another month is through and I’m excited to report progress from the last 30 days!

BIG graphics update! Lighting has been updated, trees have better translucency and are animated! More updates to grass and flowers are next. I also added more NPCs and scenery to the main riding world. (This light is really making the fleabitten coat pop!)
Riding lessons were added! I’ve worked as a fulltime riding instructor for the past 15 years and these are the lesson plans I use in real life. Only a few lessons have been added, but a lot more are coming! In the picture is an example of how a quarter line can be used to find the right size for a 15m circle. I don’t think there are a lot of game developers out there who are actively working with horses, so I feel this really sets Tobiano apart.

Riding progress saves when travelling or going to buildings. This will help a lot if you like to train while doing chores.
Retiremenet age has been increased to 28! This was a big one requested by the community. Another suggestion is to increase years to 12 days (they take 7 right now) but this would take a LOT of time to implement, but it’s coming.
Horse sales price now shows when you set horses for sale, and sales horse prices reflect market value. Price can be influenced by show level, conformation, fancy colors and more.

I feel like this was a really important month for development and I can’t wait to see what next month will bring. Momentum isn’t slowing down. With each patch the game feels more complete but at the same time more possibilities keep opening up. I’m so grateful to everyone who has been supporting and following, thank you all! <3
